Family profiles, saved activities, registration tracking, and schedules are stored in your browser on this device. They are not currently synced to an account or shared with activity providers. Clearing browser data or using another device may make them unavailable.

Information you choose to save

You may enter a child’s first name or nickname and age, save or track activities, and create planning-calendar entries. Do not enter school, medical, photo, or full-address information.

Retention and deletion

The information remains in this browser until you remove it or clear browser storage. You can remove child profiles and schedule entries in the site. Saved and tracked activities can be toggled off.

Corrections and contact

Program details come from official provider sources. Reports are reviewed before data is changed. Email whendoiregister@gmail.com to request a correction or ask a privacy question.

Accounts, alerts, and analytics

Cross-device accounts and text or email alerts are not currently implemented. The site does not claim browser-stored planning data is backed up or recoverable. Basic first-party analytics collect daily totals for page views, visits, broad search topics and provider-link clicks. Referral sources are grouped as direct, search, Facebook, Instagram or other. Raw search text, child names, ages, family profiles, schedules, email addresses, IP addresses and individual browsing histories are not saved in the analytics database. A timestamp in this browser helps distinguish visits more than 30 minutes apart and returning-browser visits; clearing browser storage resets that estimate. Counts do not identify unique people and may include automated traffic. Analytics respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Daily totals are retained for up to one year. Future accounts or message consent will be disclosed here before use.
